The methods of return and refunds are governed and updated according to current regulations in the field of distance selling which implement the European Directive 2011/83.

If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase

The Customer may return the item/s purchased within 14 days from delivery date.
How to proceed:
The Customer must make sure that the shoes are in the same condition in which they were received, with labels and tags inside the box.
In particular, they must in no way be damaged, deteriorated or omitted. The shoes must be returned in the condition in which they were received. This applies as well for the labels and tags accompanying each article.
The Customer must therefore:
– send an email to Customer Service via the Contact page, quoting the order number and the product codes for the intended return;
– within 10 working days of receiving the Customer’s email instructions will be sent on how to proceed with the return shipment;
– footwear to be returned must be sent within 10 working days and in the same condition in which it was received, with its packaging and documents, inside the original undamaged packaging.
The customer will receive a credit for the costs of the individual footwear returned.

Should the delivered goods prove to be faulty or damaged

The Customer may return the item/s purchased within 14 days from delivery date.
How to proceed:
The Customer must make sure that the shoes are in the same condition in which they were received, with labels and tags inside the box.
The Customer must then:
– send an email to Customer Service customer@fiorenzocarradori.it via the Contact page, quoting the order number and the product codes for the intended return;
– within 5 working days of receiving the Customer’s email instructions will be sent on how to proceed with the return shipment.
– footwear to be returned must be sent within 10 working days and in the same condition in which it was received, with its packing and documents, inside the original undamaged packaging.
The customer can choose to receive a credit for the same amount spent on the shoes or the shipment of replacement footwear with a total cost equal to that of the shoes returned.
